♡ Taste of Independence - July 1st ♡

For 95% of the day I was stuck inside the house :( Here at Lathrop it was about 106 degrees today so I didn't really have much of a choice. Around 6 the sun got covered by clouds so it wasn't as hot. I wanted to go biking but apparently Eliezer took some part out of the bike I use so now it can't be use :( I was literally looking forward to being able to bike here before we drove up here and now I can't. Anyways, it was almost 7 when I convinced my dad to go out.

We didn't know when the fireworks is so we asked the cops roaming around and all they said was as soon as it gets dark. As we waited for the fireworks I took some pictures of the sky because the colors are so pretty

Also I found out that there's quite a lot of hot guys here ;) and a lot of couples.... I was literally just sitting there on the grass and like a million of couples kept on walking by. Damn it, those moments when I want a boyfriend.

We waited for an hour before the actual fireworks began which was around 9:45. 20 minutes before that they had this like fountain kinda fireworks on the ground whatever. I seriously thought that maybe that's what they meant when they said fireworks thank god it wasn't or I would've been so pissed. 

It was facing this direction that we should just refer to as north and then after 20 minutes it stopped. A few minutes later this loud noise was heard and we all turned to south and baamm!! Fireworks!!! 

Afterwards, we got out of the parking lot around 10:15 pm due to traffic and I was pissed because I missed the beginning of Teen Wolf. We didn't get home until 10:30 and by then I already missed half of it. I literally ran upstairs and hogged the tv because damn it's MOONDAY :3 But it's all good now I watch the second half first then the first half that I missed.
