Babe Cave: My Study Space

1:10 AM

Hello there internet friends! It's been a long while since I last updated you non-existing readers about my life that you don't care about, but better late than never as late people always say.

College has taken over my life and I am surprisingly okay with it.Anyway, I decided that before I give you guys a full tour of my dorm, I'd show you guys my study space first. Now, that I am spending my first ever weekend here in my dorm, here is my study space...

Not having a breakfast table as a study desk was very weird to me the first couple weeks, but I am not pretty much used to it. I moved my desk as soon as I moved in so I can utilize the shelf on the wall. I always have some sort of drink on my desk whenever I'm using it and I also always have my ACN out as a reminder of things I have to do but keep ignoring.

Here is my view when I'm working so you get a feel. I locked my laptop because I was doing last minute things for my computer class.

I got my lamp from Target back when I first got my full sized bed at home. I got the cork board a long time ago from Target as well. The cork organizer thingy is from Michael's. It houses my puncher, scissor, cutter, flash cards for art124a, and a some other papers. The octagon shaped organizer is form Daiso and I of course brought half of my pens from home with me. I literally forgot my toothbrush and deodorant on move in day but I sure as hell had these pens.

Here's a look at the inside of my desk drawer. I got my cables, journal for english115, chopsticks, calculator, Advil, and a bunch of other crap as you all can see, Yes, I have my car keys even if I don't have my car here. It totally makes sense, not.

I'm actually thinking of expanding and adding more twine so I can post more pictures but I'll probably wait till my mommy (aunt from Japan) sends me my polaroid camera. Also, you've most likely seen all those people in those pictures from my older posts except my dormmate who put her picture on my wall and my roommate's.

The gold box thing is actually a tissue box holder but the aesthetic is just whoa that I decided to use it as my lotion and perfume holder. The organizer behind the frame is from Daiso. I stacked two on top of each other and the bottom one is still empty so no need to show it to you guys just yet. The cup is my souvenir from prom obviously and the washi tapes inside are all from the dollar spot at Target. By the way, I totally live in Target and my favorite part is the dollar spot.

This shelf right here shows how much I love Daiso. Both organizers are from there. The folders in the first one are from Target dollar spot, and I use them to organize my papers for this semester. The organizer on the right houses my ACN if it's not on my desk, my iPad, my sketch book, scratch papers, book I am currently reading, more washi tapes, and two pencil cases that are both from Daiso as well. One pencil case is for my pens for art124a and the other is for my calligraphy fountain pens.

And now that you've seen my study space, I'm going back to doing homework while blasting love song ballads. And yes, I do work like this, with my high school blanket wrapped around me, for 79.99% of the time.
